Imanyara Faults Kibaki's Decision

President Kibaki has been accused of allegedly treating parliament with contempt after dropping Billow Kerrow's name from the list of nominees to the advisory board of the anti corruption advisory board. Imenti central mp Gitobu Imanyara says the president was obligated to endorse the names submitted to him by parliament after a thorough vetting process. Only Billow Kerrow's name was struck out from the 8 member list. Courtesy of Citizen TV.
